Welcome to Teacher to Leader with Brittany Roberts. Throughout my career, from teaching in the classroom to getting accepted into North Carolina State University Educational Leadership Academy. I gathered meaningful lessons and tools that would help teachers break through barriers and become the leader that they always wanted to be. Now I am ready to share them with you. Each episode of Teacher to Leader will unravel meaningful professional growth topics that will help you find your path to leadership.

As a young teacher, I didn’t understand my purpose in leadership or how I could lead. I recognized there was a path but no one put me on that path. I felt this intuition that I was a pencil that had more to write in the story. I took a chance and haven’t looked back since.
